• I thought it was funny how the lady was a big fan of Maureen but once they ate lunch together it seemed liked the lady was scared in shock.
• I noticed that she uses a lot of description.
• I like how she’s so honest and tells how she’s feeling.
• Even though she wants Will gone why does she still show sympathy for him
• I didn’t get why Will knows his wife doesn’t like drinking and getting drunk but he still does.

• If Maureen was too young to sign her own contract why wouldn’t she be to young to live in America by herself?

• I liked how every time she was getting to know john a different side was revealed.
• I didn’t think Ava would want a divorce because they described them as a happy couple.
• I thought the comparison between people being more sexual than back then was funny.
• It was funny how one question blew it for Maureen ever having a chance of being friends and invited into Mr. Hughes house.

*I didn't know people can change actors contracts even when the actor doesn't want to.
*I like how since Farrow liked Maureen but she didn't like him, and avoided him, then he told people she was a lesbian and she got revenge.
*I liked how Lucille and Desi were shy together but then later got married within a year.
*When i saw the word chauvinist, i was confused but then i was like oh that was an old vocab word and realized it meant a fanatical devotion to a group like a country, gender or religion.
*I also like how they described Ciro as the place to be naughty and a place to forget your troubles and get loose.

• I could picture the old Romany Gypsy holding Maureen’s hand when she was five years old and telling her future.
• I never knew that the qualities Irish woman were suppose to have were strong and feisty.
• I liked how her nickname was the only one that had to do with an animal.
• I like how she started chapter two talking about someone else when this book is supposed to be about her.
• I could picture Maureen, her mom, and her grandmother at the table and her grandma getting upset because she didn’t accept the invitation to London.

my new book =)

The book I am reading now is “‘Tis Herself” by Maureen O’Hara. I changed my book because the other book was to difficult to understand. So I do not advice this book to many but so far the author Maureen O’Hara sounds very interesting, in discussing the challenges she had to deal with growing up trying to fulfill her dream.
