*this 15yr old boy goes to sleep at 4am and everyday and he hardly goes to school and when he does he just sleeps.
*people who don't have enough sleep get hormonal dysfunction.

*many kids aren't lazy they just not getting enough sleep.
*all animals sleep, some sleep with half their brain so they can keep movement like if in water.

*why do you not want to sleep at times when you know your tired?

*imagery- i could picture the kid sleeping in class every single day because the doesn't want to sleep at night.

*teenagers may always be tired but once they get physically involved in something they like they forget.
*one girl would take a nap at 4 when she got home and wake up late around 8 and then start homework only to think once it got to 10 even though she wasn't tired it was sleep time.
*teenagers are never satisfied with the amount of sleep they get.
*many teenagers would rather not sleep then go to sleep and wake up still tired.
*many parents would think the weekend is a time to catch up on sleep then to stay out all day.

questions
*why do most teenagers wake up at noon?
*why would they have a middle school for sports?
*is it in our nature to always want to sleep when we have the opportunity?
*what is the chemistry of sleep, who discovered it?

*imagery- i could picture the mom who would always wonder where her daughter was on the weekend when she was always complaining she was tired.
*imagery- i could also picture the big clinic in Rhode island with a whole bunch of teenagers on the outside about to get tested for over used sleep hormones
