Comments-
*There was a guy spying on an army and he had a horse and there was lightning.
*The general sent out a spy to watch over its opposing side.
*I thought this was happening in like a mansion but then it said he walked him back to his camp.
*I liked the expression used for the sun they said it was "murderous" that's pretty strong.
*Some of the language used makes it sound like its in the south- even though it is(Virginia)- you told tell w/o them telling you

Literary Terms-
*Simile-'people filling the valley like a smoking river.'
*Imagery- the guy woke up in carpet slippers, blue old robe he was a very big man

Overall statement-it was about this spy and him riding his horse talking to the tiny servant man.

comments
*this 15yr old boy goes to sleep at 4am and everyday and he hardly goes to school and when he does he just sleeps.
*people who don't have enough sleep get hormonal dysfunction.
*Judy Owens, a pediatrician runs a sleep disorder clinic in Rhode island.
*many kids aren't lazy they just not getting enough sleep.
*all animals sleep, some sleep with half their brain so they can keep movement like if in water.

questions
*why do you not want to sleep at times when you know your tired?
*what animal sleeps the least, or needs less sleep?

*imagery- i could picture the kid sleeping in class every single day because the doesn't want to sleep at night.

comments
*teenagers may always be tired but once they get physically involved in something they like they forget.
*one girl would take a nap at 4 when she got home and wake up late around 8 and then start homework only to think once it got to 10 even though she wasn't tired it was sleep time.
*teenagers are never satisfied with the amount of sleep they get.
*many teenagers would rather not sleep then go to sleep and wake up still tired.
*many parents would think the weekend is a time to catch up on sleep then to stay out all day.

*why do most teenagers wake up at noon?
*why would they have a middle school for sports?

*hormones make behavior but behavior also makes hormones.
*females and males both produce estrogen and testosterone.
*males get "excited" when they face a challenge, in the jungle, or corporate and crash when a game is lost and when they have to surrender.
